We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account or use the Service, including:
- Account information such as your name and email address
- Amazon Seller Central credentials and OAuth tokens used to access the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) on your behalf
- Inventory and pricing data retrieved from your Amazon seller account via SP-API
- Cost of goods and pricing configuration you enter into the Service
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Access Amazon SP-API on your behalf to retrieve competitive pricing data and update your listing prices
- Send you operational notifications related to your repricing activity
- Respond to your support requests and communications
- Monitor the performance and security of the Service
3. Amazon SP-API Data
RepriceLabs accesses the following Amazon SP-API data scopes on your behalf, with your explicit authorization:
- Pricing API — to retrieve competitive pricing and Buy Box data for your listings
- Listings API — to update listing prices on your behalf
- Notifications API — to receive real-time price change notifications via Amazon SQS
All SP-API data is used solely to operate the repricing Service on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your Amazon account data with any third party.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Amazon OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or Amazon account data to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- With Amazon.com, Inc. as required to operate the SP-API integration
- With service providers who assist us in operating our infrastructure, under strict confidentiality agreements
- When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and keep the Service secure. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
